Vision:
Each month Jacqueline sends out a newsletter on topics related to Buddhism and spiritual growth. We are currently developing plans to have the newsletter
also include monthly topics that friends of Hearth Foundation will share their thoughts on, a monthly news section of Hearth events as well as Jacqueline’s
monthly musings.
.
Format:
In order to not overfill your mailbox we have created a special place on our classroom board for those who would like to express their thoughts and feelings
in relation to the newsletter. To access this virtual room go to
www.hearthfoundation.net/forums  login and scroll down to the bottom of the classroom page.
There you will find a section entitled “newsletter” you can enter that room and express your thoughts.

Guidelines:
~  Understand that to speak and be heard is powerfully healing in and of itself. We don’t need to "fix" one another.   Just being heard non-judgmentally
encourages us to find our own best solutions.

~   After reading what someone has posted take the time to sit with it and allow all your feelings to arise and pass before responding. Take the time to
respond deeply.

    ~  Stay honest but kind.

~   No trying to convert another to your religion or point of view.

   ~  No politics.

   ~   No sales.

~  The moderator reserves the right to omit inappropriate postings. Let us create a sacred space free from the news of the day where we can support one
another as we engage in the most important work there is.
